No profiling for third parties: 7ikot does not use your personal data to build profiles for sale to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Any profiling activity carried out by 7ikot is limited to purposes directly related to platform operation, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming.

Mandatory disclosure: Where 7ikot is legally required to disclose your personal data to a government authority, regulatory body, or court, we will do so without prior notice to you where disclosure of such notice would itself be prohibited by law.
Some of 7ikot's service providers and infrastructure partners may operate data processing facilities outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a jurisdiction outside the Philippines, 7ikot ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act and the NPC's rules on cross-border data transfers.
Such safeguards include, where applicable, binding contractual clauses that impose data protection obligations on recipient entities equivalent to those applicable under Philippine law, and due diligence assessments of recipient countries' data protection frameworks prior to any transfer.

7ikot retains personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention period required by applicable law or regulation. The principal retention periods applicable to player data are set out in the table in Section 3 of this Policy.
Upon the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is deleted from 7ikot's active systems and, where technically feasible, purged from backups on a rolling schedule. Where complete deletion is not technically feasible within a reasonable timeframe, data is anonymised such that it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual.
Notwithstanding the above, 7ikot may retain personal data for longer periods where required to comply with a legal hold, ongoing regulatory inquiry, or active dispute resolution process, for as long as the relevant obligation or proceeding remains outstanding.

NPC complaints: If you believe 7ikot has processed your personal data in a manner inconsistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The 7ikot Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, as required under PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. 7ikot does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
If you believe that a minor under the age of 21 has registered an account or provided personal data to 7ikot, please contact [email protected] immediately. Upon verification of the report, 7ikot will take appropriate action including immediate account closure and deletion of any personal data associated with the minor's account in accordance with applicable law.

7ikot reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or how your personal data is processed — 7ikot will notify registered players via the Platform's notification system and by posting a prominent notice on 7ikot.club no fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Responsible gaming and privacy overlap: If you are requesting data deletion as part of a self-exclusion or account closure, please note that certain data (including transaction history and KYC documents) must be retained for defined periods under anti-money laundering and gaming regulatory requirements, even following account closure.
