7ikot Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the 7ikot platform at 7ikot.club (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of 7ikot after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 7ikot Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming regulations applicable to online gaming activities accessible within the Philippines.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 7ikot or any of its affiliated entities, partner game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or any regulatory restriction that prohibits you from engaging in online gaming activities.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

7ikot reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the 7ikot Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or any other identifying information, is strictly prohibited.

Registration Requirements

When registering for a 7ikot account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You undertake to update your account information promptly whenever any registered details change.

Account Accuracy

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 7ikot reserves the right to verify all registration data independently. Where discrepancies are identified, 7ikot may suspend the relevant account, require additional verification, or terminate the account in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 7ikot login credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party, and you acknowledge that 7ikot will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, Messenger, or Viber.

You must notify 7ikot support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account, or any reason to suspect that your credentials have been compromised. 7ikot will not be liable for any losses, damages, or adverse consequences resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

7ikot applies SSL encryption to all login sessions and stores account credentials using industry-standard one-way cryptographic hashing. However, the security of your account also depends on the strength of the password you choose and your personal security practices — including not reusing passwords across multiple platforms, not accessing your 7ikot account on shared or public devices without logging out, and keeping your registered mobile number secure and under your control.

All financial transactions on the 7ikot Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 7ikot supports the following payment channels for deposits: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 7ikot's discretion.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player tier.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya typically credit to your 7ikot account balance within one (1) to three (3) minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and four (4) hours.
• All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• 7ikot does not accept deposits made in cash, cryptocurrency, or any foreign currency other than PHP.
• 7ikot reserves the right to return deposits to their originating payment method and decline account funding where it has reasonable grounds to suspect the source of funds.

Withdrawals from your 7ikot account balance may be requested at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and any applicable bonus wagering requirements described in Section 7.

Withdrawal Processing

• Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed by the 7ikot finance team and typically complete within five (5) to sixty (60) minutes of approval. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported banks are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours.
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including public holidays.
• Withdrawals will be credited only to a payment account registered in your own name. 7ikot does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Verification Requirements

7ikot reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include but is not limited to a government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and evidence of the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of the relevant withdrawal request until verification is complete.

From time to time, 7ikot may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal of resulting winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP and are subject to the currency and game restrictions specified in the relevant promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino, slots, bingo, and sports betting games may each carry different contribution rates as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering requirements context.
• 7ikot reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or irregular wagering patterns designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 7ikot may cancel bonuses and associated winnings, suspend accounts, and permanently ban players found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

All games available on 7ikot are provided by licensed third-party game developers, principally JILI Games and other certified providers. Each game is operated under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

All slot games on the 7ikot platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG), independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

Live casino games are operated by professional dealers via real-time video stream using physical gaming equipment. The outcomes of live games are determined by physical processes (card draws, dice throws, roulette wheel spins) and are not subject to any algorithmic manipulation by 7ikot.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7ikot Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 7ikot reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of funds, against any player found engaging in prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using software, scripts, bots, macros, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any player who identifies such a vulnerability must report it immediately to [email protected].
• Conducting any transaction on the Platform that constitutes or is connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to use the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 7ikot support staff or other players via any communication channel.

7ikot is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools necessary to manage their gambling behaviour. Gaming on the 7ikot Platform should be treated as a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be entertaining and begins to negatively affect your financial situation, mental health, relationships, or employment, you are encouraged to seek assistance.

Responsible Gaming Tools Available on 7ikot

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you of the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your access to the Platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 7ikot Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted via account settings or directly to [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours.

All content on the 7ikot Platform, including but not limited to the 7ikot brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game content, software, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of 7ikot or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 7ikot.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ikot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.

7ikot does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. 7ikot will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as promptly as practicable in the event of any disruption.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7ikot's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

7ikot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct under Section 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a valid regulatory direction or court order requiring restriction or closure of the account.
• Player request for self-exclusion under Section 10.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of legitimately wagered funds (excluding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to 7ikot.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information in connection with your 7ikot account is governed by the 7ikot Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering for a 7ikot account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7ikot processes player data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, regulatory bodies, and fraud prevention services only as strictly necessary to provide the Platform and comply with applicable law.

7ikot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 7ikot will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the Platform's notification system, via email to the registered address on file, or through a prominent notice on the 7ikot website prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the 7ikot Platform shall first be referred to the 7ikot player support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of being formally raised with 7ikot support, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction within the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
